The price we quote each customer is a recurring price.  We do not perform "one-time" mows.  A six (6) mow minimum is required for all customers to get our best rate. This gives both parties a complete opportunity to get to know the other in order to determine if we "like" eachother.  Our company enjoys long term relationships with our customers, so trying to implement "one-time" mows into our system only disrupts the consistent service we have provided to our recurring and long term customers, who we are completely dedicated to.

We've been doing this for years and have found that in order for us to provide the most quality service for the best economical price, certain processes need to be in place.  Immediately after we receive your order, we input into our system, research our routing system to find a suitable mow day, then go into the selected route to assign an actual sequence that our truck will be routed. Then, we input you into our accounting system, which memorizes the weekly or bi-weekly charges and a detailed route for your property is created for the entire mowing season. This process takes approximately 30-45 minutes.

If after the 6 mows are completed, you want to cancel future service, no problem, just let us know by 4pm the day before your scheduled mow day, so your yard will not print on our logs for the next day. The morning of your mow day will be too late, our trucks leave very early in the morning and once the truck has left, there is no guarantee that we can get a hold of our crew to not go to your property.  Once they arrive, you will be charged (even if you walk out and stop them from doing the work, the largest expense on our end is getting to your house). Thank you for being courteous in regards to communication with us on this.

We work Monday thru Friday. Our crews are in certain areas on certain days, so you will be assigned a specific mow day. The crew follows the same route every week, so you will notice they arrive about the same time each week. However, as we add customers, it may change, so we cannot guarantee a time of day. Our crews sometimes work until sunset, so if your yard is not mowed by 5PM, do not worry.

36 week season. Week #1 starts March 14th. Week #36 is November, 14th.
If you want to continue as a customer but wish to stop early and perhaps start late to save money, it is fine with us so long as your schedule is either continuous weekly or bi-weekly and not a single mow when it is twice the work for us. Just send us a message about the week numbers you would like to stop and start and we will input in our system. With this arrangement, you will not be subject to price increases, changes in mow days etc. And of course, you always have the option to cancel at any time after 6 mows in each season.

Conveniently billed to your Debit or Credit Card the day after each trip with continued service until you cancel. Although we are very punctual, bear in mind that your bank does not always post on your account the exact day we click it. Additionally, if we get a decline and try it later, it certainly will effect posting dates. We are happy to send you an accounting review upon your request if you have any concern about the dates appearing on your statement.

We understand that credit cards are lost, changed, stolen, and sometimes are declined due to low funds on a particular day. So, we will try the card again up until the day before your next scheduled mow. If the card does not go through, we will call you to get updated payment information. If the issue is resolved quickly with another card, there will be no interruption of your service, if we are unable to get a hold of you or payment cannot be made before your next mow day, service will be suspended until payment is resolved. If we have to go through the decline scenario more than twice in a season, we probably will ask you to find another provider. For the few that give us a bad card for the purpose of receiving a free mow...a lien will be filed against the property.

If we damage a sprinkler head or drain cap, contact us within one week of the damage and we will repair or replace it.

If our work is not satisfactory, or you think we did not show up, we will send the crew back to re-do, either the same day or the next day we do not issue credits, we make it right. However, we must know within 24 hours of the service. If you do not notify us in 24 hours, we consider the work satisfactory for that trip & we will resolve the issue for the next trip.

Cleaning out your flower beds is not a part of the mowing service. We offer call in Bush & Bed service. Call our office for price and service information.

Bi-weekly mowing schedules are available at $5 per trip more than weekly. Please be advised that most yards will not look their best (in season) with less than weekly service, and we do not allow any skips for bi-weekly service accounts.

If your yard has a gate, it must have a combination lock for us to service your property. Our crews are very careful about locking and closing gates, but we do not guarantee that a pet will not escape from the yard, therefore, you accept our service with this provision.

You may want to skip a mowing for some reason ( i.e. back yard project, rain, etc. ) if you are a weekly customer. We allow 2 skips per season for weekly customers, & no skips for Bi-weekly customers. If you contact us to skip a mow, be aware your original schedule will not be altered, so it will either be 1 or 2 weeks for the next Mow.

There is no deduction if you build a pool and decrease the size of your yard. Most of the cost of mowing your yard is the expenses associated with sending a truck to your address.
